Students and staff must
- use their own authorised school Google account and only classes in which their teacher has enrolled them;
- keep login details and reports private;
- use the platform for legitimate school teaching, learning and revision;
- respect copyright and avoid copying or distributing the question bank;
- report inaccurate questions, unexpected access or security concerns to a teacher or administrator; and
- follow the school’s digital technologies and responsible-use requirements.
Users must not
- access or attempt to access another person’s account, class or report;
- share screenshots or personal learning information without permission;
- interfere with, probe, overload or bypass the platform’s security controls; or
- use automated tools to extract questions or other protected content.
Learning results
Results and continuum levels are formative revision evidence. Students should discuss significant decisions or concerns with their teacher rather than treating an automated result as a final judgement.
Access may be limited or removed when use is unsafe, unauthorised or inconsistent with school policy.
